I have always been fascinated with swords from when I was a little boy having seen them on TV.

From the High seas aboard a Pirate ship to the Caribbean's when we made port and went ashore looking for a bit of skirt and had to fight off the local inhabitants. All the way to the Great Wall of China where we would fight off the invading Mongols of Kubla Khan.

We then traveled across the steeps on horseback, freezing from the Arctic winds as we headed to invade yet another local village under the command of our Mongol General.

As we turned the corner we are confronted with the evil invading armies of Spain, but no fear, seeing as we are now Zorro, we take on all comers to the cheers of the local peasants and admiration of the senoritas.

Then it is time for bed.

As you may be able to tell when I was growing up my imagination would take me on great adventures as I watched different movies and read some excellent books. Still nothing is equal to the imagination of a small boy so I had many a grand adventure fighting off Dragons, Goblins, Demons and even a few Herors here and there. All the while living to tell the tale without a scratch..

Most ladies may not understand why someone would want a sword, same as I have no idea why they go gaga over a pair of shoes.

I know I was supose to say something about myself that is grown up and sophisticated, but the fact is I have always loved swords as they allow your imagination to take you where you may not go otherwise. Also there is such a rich history when you look at the role swords have played in nearly every culture in the world.

Of course there is the fact that swords are still probably responsible for more deaths and mutilations than any other weapon in existance. But the fact remains, even though they are deadly weapons, they have a certain amount character and dashing about them where if you have a big enough heart any Dragon or Goblin is always going to be a gonner.

Before making the site I did a lot of research as I was going to do dropshipping, yet it would of made things too expensive as well as limited the range of swords I would of been able to display at any given time.
